With 20 years of personal experience in death work and certifications in both advance care planning and end-of-life doula care, she bridges the gap between the healthcare system and the real human beings trying to navigate it — with expertise, empathy, and zero condescension.

My WHY
Here's why this work matters so much to me: I spent over two decades watching my youngest — and very awesome — sister struggle with a degenerative brain disorder, while my mother navigated a complex healthcare system largely alone.
No real resources. No advocates. No roadmap. Just two tenacious women trying to figure it out as they went.
I knew how hard it was even with the combined grit and skills of the two of us. And I kept thinking about everyone out there doing this without the time, the information, or the support.
That's not okay. No family should lose precious time with their loved one because they didn't know what they didn't know.
That's my mission: to give you the tools, the clarity, and the confidence to communicate your values and get the end-of-life you — and the people you love — actually deserve.
